Catherine Bell, a tall and athletic actress born in London, England. However she emigrated to Los Angeles, California with her mother when she was a young teenager. Though she was planning to study pre-medicine in college, Bell dropped out in pursuit of the career of a model in Japan. After a brief stint in commercials after which she returned to Los Angeles to perform as a guest on TV and also to work on a couple of minor films.
