Annmarie Fairweather has been the HR Chief for Learning Ally since 2008. She oversees all our practices that deal with People, People Management, Talent Management, and Culture Development. Annmarie has a proven Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience working across various sectors, working with managers and teams in order to enhance business outcomes, particularly during times of growth and fast change by developing, aligning, and overseeing a comprehensive global people strategy. Annmarie was a consultant, helping translate people and business strategies into strategic goals as well as enterprise-wide goals through performance and organizational management including employee participation and change. She enjoys learning and believes that the growth of leaders and teams as the most competitive advantages. She has worked for Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize businesses, developing leaders, and coaching them to achieve demonstrated outcomes. These experiences helped develop an environment that embodies innovative learning practices and adaptability to change. While Annmarie is inspired to invest her time and talent in helping to further the mission of Learning Ally, she currently provides support to several non- profit organisations in her spare time. They include participating as an part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee a group committed to helping women grow as leaders providing training for the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional membership organization in North America with the specific goal of providing training, networking and advocacy specifically for healthcare hospitality houses and supporting Shatterproof as a nonprofit national organization committed to ending addiction in the United States in educating communities to support those who are suffering from the diseases of addiction.
