April Bowlby is an American model and actress. She has portrayed Kandi in The CBS comedy Two and a Half Men, Stacy Barrett in Drop Dead Diva and Rita Farr in Titans and Doom Patrol. April Michelle Bowlby is an American actor who is best famous for her character Stacy Barrett in the American Legal Comedy drama/fantasy television series Drop Dead Diva and Kandi in the comedy series Two and a Half Men. The model began her career in modeling before moving into film as well as television. The first time she appeared was on small screen as an actor in the show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. This then led to appearances in one-off episodes on other shows. Soon, she landed the part of Kandi in the TV show Two and a Half Men. Bowlby has gained worldwide recognition because of her performance as Stacy Barrett, in the hit series Drop Dead Diva. She played the regular role as Rita Farr/Elastigirl in the American web-series Titans. The actress will reprise her character in a spinoff of The Doom Patrol series. Bowlby has also been seen on TV in films like Sands of Oblivion, The Wrong Daughter and Sands of Oblivion 2. Her big screen debut came with the feature film All Roads Lead Home and later appeared in other movies such as The Slammin Salmon and From Prada to Nada. She went to East Union High School. Her acting career began after she completed her ballet classes and French. She took drama classes at Ivanachubbuck and landed a role on the major television series (Kandi) in just a few months following an audition in Hollywood audition. Bowlby has been on numerous TV series including CSI as Kaitlin Rackish in 2004's CSI: NY in 2005 as Jenny Lee in 2005 Freddie as Sydney in 2005 Stacked in 2005 as Jasmine in 2005 and How I Met Your Mother in the role of Meg in 2007. Bowlby is currently playing the role as Natasha as a twelve-year old girl in All Roads Lead Home. The 2007 movie tells the story of a girl who loses her mother in an accident in the car. Bowlby plays Mia on The Slammin Salmon, a comedy film to be released in 2008. Los Angeles is her home. Her natural hair is red and blue-green eyes. She's a single mother of no children.
